Babaghuri ( ババグーリ ) in India

Babaghuri ババグーリ

This stone is not from Japan, however, I would like to explain it since this stone is very remarkable and from Narmada river as the same as Shiva Lingam.

The name of the stone is Babaghuri.

Babaghuri is a kind of agate found in Gujarat, India, colored mostly white yellow or orange. It is named after Baba Ghor, a patron saint of people of African descent living in India and supposedly the person who started the worldwide trade in these stones.

Gujarat is a state on the western coast of India with a coastline of 1,600 km (990 mi) - most of which lies on the Kathiawar peninsula - and a population in excess of 60 million.

Gujarat was one of the main central areas of the Indus Valley Civilization. It contains ancient metropolitan cities from the Indus Valley such as Lothal, Dholavira, and Gola Dhoro.

Gujarat is rich in calcite, gypsum, manganese, lignite, bauxite, limestone, agate, feldspar, and quartz sand, and successful mining of these minerals is done in their specified areas.

So, Babaghuri is meant to be born.

From my perspective, Babaghuri is very beautiful and characteristic just as it is(rough) with very remarkable pattern and smooth surface which is caused by slow river.

Babaghuri is found in lower current area of Narmada river, Ratanpur, Jhagadia, Gujarat , India.
